How does pickup work?
Order and pay online, then come to the JWJ Stall inside the Asian Family Market building. Give staff your name or order number — no need to wait in the register line.
When will my order be ready?
Most orders are ready within the same day. Made-to-order stall items (like roasted chestnuts) are prepared when you arrive so they are fresh and warm.
What do "Shelf & Fridge" and "Stall" mean on the menu?
Shelf & Fridge items are our packaged goods stocked in the fridges and shelf inside Asian Family Market. Stall items come from our counter in the same building. You can mix both in one order — everything is picked up together at the stall.
Do you ship?
Not yet — all orders are pickup only, at the Asian Family Market building in Bellevue.
Can I order through a delivery app?
Yes — where we have a storefront, you'll see buttons for Grubhub, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Weee! and Fantuan on the menu page and in the footer. Those orders are handled entirely by the app.
Allergens?
Full ingredients are listed on every product card. Many items contain wheat, sesame, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy or eggs — tap a product to read its complete ingredient list, and ask our staff if you are unsure.
